TERMS OF SERVICE:

PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY AND INFORMED CONSENT

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to review, understand, and evaluate all information provided by The Rosedale Society prior to completing a purchase.

By purchasing any membership, class, workshop, event, or paid offering, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You have reviewed The Rosedale Society website, including all relevant descriptions, explanations, policies, terms, and conditions

You understand the nature, format, scope, and limitations of the product or service being purchased

You have had a reasonable opportunity to assess whether the offering is suitable for your interests, availability, and expectations

You are not relying on assumptions, implied guarantees, or representations outside of those expressly stated on the website

The Rosedale Society does not provide individualized guarantees regarding outcomes, participation levels, creative progress, or personal results. Any decision to purchase is made voluntarily and with full understanding of the offering as described.

NO REFUND POLICY

The Rosedale Society maintains a strict no-refund policy for all memberships, programs, classes, workshops, events, and any other goods or services offered for purchase.

By completing a purchase with The Rosedale Society, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and accept that no refunds, reimbursements, credits, offsets, exchanges, or prorated adjustments will be issued for any reason whatsoever, except where expressly required by applicable law.

This policy applies without limitation and regardless of:

Whether the membership or service is used, partially used, or not used at all

Whether the purchaser attends, participates in, or engages with any offerings

Scheduling conflicts, travel, illness, injury, personal hardship, or changes in circumstance

Dissatisfaction with content, format, community, programming, or experience

Failure to attend events or utilize benefits during an active term

Early termination, cancellation, or lapse of participation

Lack of use, inability to attend, or voluntary non-participation does not constitute grounds for a refund under any circumstances.

MEMBERSHIP TERM, RECURRING BILLING, AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

All Rosedale Society memberships are sold on a recurring subscription basis and automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless canceled by the member prior to the applicable renewal date.

By purchasing a membership, you expressly authorize The Rosedale Society to charge the payment method on file for all initial and subsequent renewal fees in accordance with the selected billing cycle, without further notice or confirmation.

Once a membership fee has been charged, whether for an initial term or a renewal term, that charge is final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of a membership period that remains unused, unaccessed, or unattended.

The Rosedale Society bears no responsibility for a member’s failure to cancel prior to renewal. Managing renewal status is the sole responsibility of the member.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Members may cancel their membership or update billing information at any time by:

Clicking the Login button on The Rosedale Society website

Entering the email address associated with the membership

Following the provided instructions to access and modify the account

Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing period. Members retain access through the end of the paid term. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued upon cancellation, regardless of the timing of the request.

Failure to follow the prescribed cancellation process does not relieve the member of financial responsibility for charges incurred.

REJOINING AFTER CANCELLATION

If a member cancels their membership and later chooses to rejoin The Rosedale Society, they will be required to do so at the current “New Member” price in effect at the time of re-enrollment.

Prior pricing, legacy rates, or previously granted membership terms will not be honored upon rejoining. Membership is considered terminated upon cancellation, and any future participation constitutes a new and separate enrollment subject to current pricing and availability.

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, AND SPECIAL PROGRAMMING

The Rosedale Society may offer additional paid programming, including but not limited to classes, workshops, intensives, salons, retreats, ticketed events, or other special offerings.

All payments for such offerings are final and strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance, partial attendance, or inability to attend for any reason.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing prior to purchase, The Rosedale Society does not offer refunds, credits, transfers, substitutions, or rollovers for any class, workshop, or event.

CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, AND PAYMENT REVERSALS

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal does not supersede or invalidate this policy. The Rosedale Society reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate access to memberships or services during the pendency of such disputes.

Members remain responsible for all charges incurred in accordance with this policy, including any fees associated with disputed payments.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND BINDING AGREEMENT

By purchasing any membership, class, event, or paid offering from The Rosedale Society, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation, and Renewal Policy in its entirety.

This policy constitutes a binding agreement between you and The Rosedale Society and shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
